Rich brown lentils and fresh garden vegetables are layered between perfect sheets of our Italian lasagna. Can also be prepared with a vegan béchamel sauce.
Cooking instructions:
Once defrosted, remove the lid and place into a preheated oven at 180* and bake for 20m or until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Milk (low fat), Pasta (durum wheat, salt, water, egg powder (100 % whole egg solids)), Brown lentils, Onion, Tomato (chopped tomato, tomato juice, citric acid (E330)), Water, Carrots, Margarine (oil/fat blend, salt, water, butter flavour, emulsifiers, preservative: sodium benzoate, antioxidants, citric acid (E330)), Tomato Paste (tomatoes), Flour (cake), Modified Starch (derived from Tapioca), Salt, Oil (canola-no antioxidant), Pecorino Cheese (milk, starter cultures, calcium chloride, enzymes, microbial rennet, salt), Garlic, Herbs, Pepper, Spices.

We take orders 24/7. All orders after 5 pm will be seen as the next days order and will be delivered within 2 or 3 working days excluding weekends. We might combine deliveries in certain areas, but you will be informed once we fulfil your order. We deliver all of our meals FROZEN to your door for your convenience, throughout Cape Town and surrounding areas.
