Cooking Instructions:
Once defrosted remove the lid and place in a preheated oven at 180* for 10 minutes.
Microwave : Remove the lid and heat for 6-8 minutes on high.

 

Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillets, Tomato sauce(65%)[tomato pulp, water, onions, canola oil, starch(maize), origanum, black pepper, salt.

We take orders 24/7. All orders after 5 pm will be seen as the next days order and will be delivered within 2 or 3 working days excluding weekends. We might combine deliveries in certain areas, but you will be informed once we fulfil your order. We deliver all of our meals FROZEN to your door for your convenience, throughout Cape Town and surrounding areas.
