Liguria's answer to ravioli. Beautiful circular parcels traditionally filled with fragrant Sage and Butternut.
Cooking Instructions:
Put the frozen pasta in boiling water, as soon as the water comes to boil again, lower the heat and let them boil for 6m or according to your taste.
Ingredients:
Pasta (47%) (Wheat flour, water , eggs , colourant (beta-carotene?), Butternut Filling (53%) (Butternut, bread crumbs (Wheat flour, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, salt, water), pecorino cheese (Cow’s milk, selected cheese cultures, Lipase, Non-animal rennet, preservative (Lysozyme) (E1105), salt, Calcium Chloride (E509)), margarine (Vegetable oils and fat (80%) [sunflower seed and /or rapeseed and /or linseed and /or soya bean oil and /or palm and /or palm kernel and /or coconut fat, fully hydrogenated (palm, palm kernel and /or coconut fat)], salt, emulsifiers (E322, E471), flavourant, citric acid, colourant (beta carotene), vitamins (A, D, E), preservative (sodium benzoate))sage, salt, pepper.
