Cooking instructions:
From frozen, open the bag and heat the sauce in the microwave or put the sauce in a pan and heat through.

We take orders 24/7. All orders after 5 pm will be seen as the next days order and will be delivered within 2 or 3 working days excluding weekends. We might combine deliveries in certain areas, but you will be informed once we fulfil your order. We deliver all of our meals FROZEN to your door for your convenience, throughout Cape Town and surrounding areas.
