Bechamel is the cream needed to make your own lasagne at home using our lasagna sheets.
Also good for baked pasta.
Cooking instructions:
From frozen, open the bag and place in a bowl then heat the sauce in the microwave or put the sauce in a pan and heat through.
You can also defrost the sauce before heating.

We take orders 24/7. All orders after 5 pm will be seen as the next days order and will be delivered within 2 or 3 working days excluding weekends. We might combine deliveries in certain areas, but you will be informed once we fulfil your order. We deliver all of our meals FROZEN to your door for your convenience, throughout Cape Town and surrounding areas.
