Aubergine Cannelloni

A new Cannelloni style. Made with roasted aubergine and enriched with ricotta and parmesan. Perfect for a different dinner.

Cooking instruction:

Microwave: Remove cardboard lid and place in the microwave on high for 8 - 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Oven: Let the cannelloni defrost. Remove the lid and place into a preheated oven at 180'C for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

Ingridients:

Pasta (26%) (Wheat flour, wheat semolina, water, eggs, colourant), Béchamel sauce (30%), (cow’s milk, water, cheese powder [Medium-matured cheddar powder, maltodextrin, whey powder, salt, yeast extract], butter [milk, colourant], wheat flour, modified maize starch, white pepper, salt), filling(30%)(Ricotta Cheese (23%) (milk, microbial rennet [non-animal]), aubergines, salt, Canola Oil (4%), Parmesan Cheese (5%) (milk, starter culture, microbial rennet [non-animal], calcium chloride)) Tomatoes, onions, spices.
